I'm building a solar powered station which includes some speaker. So i thought i whould put in a LM1036 for some control, because cheap, and why not. :) I don't want to build the speaker, so I'm looking for some mini HIFI speakers. I think the TDA1558q will drive them nicely.
Ignore that lipo charger in the bottom right corner. :) It's for the MCP73812.
There is a interesting stuff that i didn't see anywhere, that the power ground and the signal ground should be separated from each other. So i did this, and connected them with a resistor (some small one) will see what happens.
The pots and the ON-ON switch goes to the right panel, and you have to wire them to the right place. (Not hard to figure it out where:)
The capacitors and resistors on the board are all the recommended parts in the ICs datasheet, use them. If you can, use LOW ESR for better sound.
You may consider adding some preamplifier before the LM, if it cant drive your power amplifier. I don't know if it's enough for TDA1558 i will let you know when it's ready.
Be aware that i didn't build these boards yet, so use it at your own risk. I will post about built board.
And the Sprint Layout 5 file (.lay) and the .PDF for printing (already mirrored).
